The Bookie Starbucks is the #1 favorite coffee company for many WSU students, professors, and faculty. Although there are many other places to get coffee on and off campus, people go out of their way and spend many minutes in line just to get their precious Starbucks indulgence and enter the community environment that Starbucks promotes and provides. People wave to friends as they walk in, students sit in front of their laptop either doing homework or on facebook, or their are people waiting for others because this Starbucks is the prefect place to meet.
As people stand and wait in a never ending line, you can see the need and and anticipation on their faces for their favorite coffee drink that they have been craving sense the moment they woke up. You can pick out the expert Starbucks customers easily. A tapping of a foot, the sigh of impatience, or staring absent mindedly thing at the floor is all signs that they know exactly what drink and size they want and the only on their mind is "I NEED MY COFFEE!" While the others are staring at the menu, going back and forth in their minds, trying to decide between tall, grande ,or venti americano, flavored latte, customized frappuccino, mocha, or just a cup of brew. Then wondering "wait, what the heck is the difference!" Aka, the "amateurs".
But no matter what type of customer, in the end when their name is the one the Barista calls and they grab their specially ordered drink from the counter, the same look is on everyone's face. A small smile, and complete happiness for their heaven in a cup.

The sources I have chosen have shown my interest in nutrition and the social aspect that comes with food. Also how eating effects people's self confidence, how they're viewed in society ,and the negative and positive effects that come along with food in general
