Starbucks

Primary:

It’s only the second week of school and Starbucks is already buzzing. It seems as if the entire WSU population is in dire need of a coffee fix and won’t be able to function until they get it. And it’s not just WSU students in line, but professors as well, all needing a quick jolt of caffeine before continuing on with their day. It’s noon right now and I would assume most people in Starbucks are searching for an afternoon pick me up. It looks as though it will be a long semester for most, because all of the tables are full and students are busy doing their work. Even though it’s still August, the cooler weather is having most people ordering hot drinks instead of the usual iced drinks and their special frappuccino that they have advertized. This is also a popular meeting ground. Where people meet up with friends and take a social break in-between their classes, whether it’s just to catch up or study together. The different between those in line and those already seated is pretty transparent. Those waiting in the ridiculously long line have a look of desperation and you can totally tell their have a longing to get their caffeine fix. Then there are those who have already inured the long line and are already seated with a look of satisfaction on their faces. Although they are working on school, they already have their nice warm cup of joe in between their hands to warm up from this strange August weather we’re having. After sitting in this Starbucks, it is obvious that college students love there coffee.

After going through my list, it’s clear that I have a few different interests. I chose a lot of titles that have to do with women and their influence on the food nation and their role in the way we eat. I also have many titles dealing with anorexia and young girls. How the disease influences a large portion of the female population. Lastly, I have a few titles dealing with fatness and thinness, as well as dieting and how what we eat matters.
